Fetish Friday – Feederism

Feederism is the term that describes a sexual attraction to obese and overweight people. This fetish is more commonly referred to as a “BBW fetish”, although the W portion of BBW (big, beautiful woman) is certainly not necessarily exclusive to women. Females can definitely be attracted to overweight men, too. You just don’t hear “BBM” all that often. Or ever. At least, I haven’t. Sometimes these people are called “chubby chasers”. I’ve always found myself attracted to guys that are slightly overweight or chubby. I’m not sure why, I guess because there’s more to hug and cuddle.

Fat fetishists can get pretty specific about what they’re attracted to, like any fetish. For instance, some fetishists really like BBBW’s, or Big Beautiful Black Women. Homosexual males may prefer “chubs” and “superchubs”, overweight and morbidly obese gay males, respectively.

Feederism also ties into another fetish called Gaining. Gaining is the term given to the gratification an individual feels when weight or fat is gained. There are some people that are mainly interested in simulated aspects of Gaining, like padding their clothing (kind of like bra stuffing), eating until they’re literally stuffed, and inflating their stomachs with a substance. I might write another blog post on Gaining, so that’s all I’m going to touch on for now.

Another branch of this fetish is immobility- exactly what it sounds like. Some fat fetishists go crazy for people that are so fat they’ve been rendered immobile. This is also another topic I could write an entire blog about, so I’ll save it.

Some people identify themselves as “Foodees” (not to be confused with foodies), because they gain sexual gratification from eating. Yet another topic I could write an entire blog about.
